Yes, I indulged. Did you? Pies, cakes, big meals. That’s ok. It’s the holidays!😁


But I always find the balance. I never say I don’t have time to workout. I know I’m on my electronic devices for hours! How many hours are you on yours?


BE HONEST!


See, you’ve got time. Now you just need the motivation.


MULTI-TASK!


Do this for a week, every day. Pick ONE particular thing you do on your phone, computer, ipad or watching tv. Whether it’s steaming a particular show. Or perhaps when you’re on twitter, instagram or tiktok. Maybe when you’re doing online shopping. Or your emails. Whatever task you choose, make sure it’s one that you do every day.


Now, WenEver you’re doing that particular task on your devices, you HAVE to stretch and exercise while you’re doing that task! You’ll be amazed how often you can exercise!👊🏼


Here in these pics, I’m reading a new script for a new project....and stretching and doing leg exercises. I don’t stop until I’m done with the script! That’s a good long workout for me!


I have to tell you this. Like most people, I get lazy during my downtime, too. THIS rule of working out when I’m on my devices helps to motivate me.


You will feel really good afterwards. I know I always do! Plus, I got two things done at once!👍🏼👏🏼🥰❤️
